Thank you for visiting and shopping at 2-six. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

2-six is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

2-six is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience with us.

If your order arrives damaged: Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is lost: Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
