Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At 2Six, we strive to deliver high-quality streetwear that you will love. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Our detailed policy below outlines how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • All original brand tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be fully attached and intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must possess the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and promotional reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale, flash sale, or marked as "Final Sale".

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories (unless received in a defective condition).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@2six.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect/wrong item. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Email us at support@2six.in with your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

  • Step 3: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and arrange for a courier pickup from your delivery address. In the rare event that your pin code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, we will ask you to self-ship the item to our facility.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, 2Six will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or a change of mind, a nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund amount, or you may be required to bear the return shipping cost. This will be communicated to you during the return approval process.

6. Refund Process and Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing times.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@2six.in.

7. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Email support@2six.in with "CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]" in the subject line.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and a tracking link has been generated, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return process.
